Who Started Maelee?

Maelee was founded by entrepreneur and modern mom Lindsay Mayer, a mother of two young girls and marketing graduate from Texas A&M. After working for more than ten years and having children, Lindsay decided to leave the corporate world in search of more flexibility, time with her family and control over the fast-paced demands of motherhood.  As a mom on the go, she recognized the need for a quality, high-style baby product that would help keep mothers organized. She decided to rethink the baby bag, and Maelee was born. She named the business after hew two daughters' middle names, "Mae" and "Lee".

Who Joined Maelee?

Courtney Bohrer joined the Maelee Team in 2008 as CMM, or Chief Marketing Mommy. As a working mother of two young boys, Courtney understands how hectic motherhood can be and is eager to spread the Maelee message to moms everywhere.  With a degree from Texas Tech and years of experience marketing in retail, entertainment and consumer packaged goods industries, Courtney's working hard to apply her know-how to Maelee marketing. Courtney and Lindsay have been friends for years and met through their husbands, who are boyhood buddies.
